Ok like i said SORRY its soooo big
but I wanted to share with everyone what my new place is gonna look like
yes there are more pics of the back yard, the pic that it lists does the photo NO justice!!!!!!!!!
There were 2 additional rooms not pictured, one will be our office, the other will be a guest room or for now my piano/study room.
There is also a 2nd Bathroom along with the Master bath (that's a given huh!)
For a 1 story with this HUGE back yard its only 1890 sq ft, but STILL really huge layout, and not a lot of wasted space. The house started at $134,900 but we ended up with a deal of them paying all closing costs and inspection, and a final price of $131,900. So if everything goes right, we'll offically close on the house somewhere between the 26th and 19th of June. SOO I'm guessing somewhere bettwen the 22nd of June to the 8th or 9th of July I may be offline getting services transfered and ourseleves moved in.

This is the Master Bedroom and the piant job is about a shade darker.
This is the 3nd bedroom it will be turned into the doggie room for now and when we have kids it will be turned into the baby room.
Front of house, it has a 2 car garage (not shown)
This is a better view of the living room and a glimpse of the dining room too.
NICE kitchen too. All the appliances came with the place except the Fridge. But my mom is giving me a new fridge so its all good. |
